无线不好，不是一个房间一个无线路由器，基本上网不行。不是数字电视，台也不多。整体环境还可以，早饭也不是很好，早上热水好久都放不出来！

酒店只有一个联系人，一个手机电话。该先生服务态度不好。酒店网上承诺不太靠谱，免费接机服务只到晚上10点，之后要收费，网上也没说。房间档次充其量是个招待所，比不上快捷汉庭、如家。本人预定三天，本想不住了，无奈只能住一天，订房时第一天不住也扣款。第二天赶紧换地方。老板还不愿意，让服务员要扣我三天的款，只是服务员已刷了一天，押金已退，发票已开，可能无奈，还是让我走了。我觉得，该酒店好像是他家私人的。我的感觉是不懂行规，不记得自己的承诺。应该把服务搞好。品质搞好。
