设备、卫生、服务都是很好的，离天门山景区也近，但有一个最大的不好就是酒店太潮湿了，又热，不是装的中央空调，冬天住应该还好，还有早餐不好，对早餐要求高的人不能太期待了。湘西真的很美。

服务态度太差劲了，跟前台说了空调不好，都没人来搭理！还有洗手间的排风扇也是坏的！不小心给手机掉地上，往床下看了一眼，那是一堆的灰尘垃圾……
