酒店硬件还不错啦，但是地理位置不算市区的市中心，周围有很多餐馆.打车去市中心也就10来分钟，爬山一天回来，在酒店房间里放松一下还蛮舒服的，服务很热情很赞

非常不错下次再来，环境特别好在张家界屈指可数，服务态度很热情，房间卫生干净.住个很多酒店这家是很满意的值得推荐！
