服务很不错，接待人员热情引导，客房服务人员很热情！酒店衞生也不错，就是床垫太硬太硬了，有点睡不着！早饭很丰盛的，元旦期间人也比较多！酒店旁边就是学道，晚上还能在酒店KTV唱唱歌

My stay here was great. The hotel was well located, right by a ski slope, and compared to other hotels, this area was quite secluded (or just less busy). Shan Lu is well run, with space for all activities (equipment storage, relaxing, KTV, spa, eating etc). I liked the free shuttle services, I liked how friendly and accomodating the staff were. The rooms were nice, aesthetic, and quite big. The bed/mattress was hard though, which made sleeping hard after a day of skiing and muscles tight and sore. But overall am happy with my stay here. I had such a good time. And also, the Buffet Breakafast was so so good. They had Everything you can think of! Sushi, chicken sausages, omelettes, juices, cereals, teas, breads, rice, curry, the list is endless! ?

Service and food was phenomenal! Lili was extremely helpful with booking ski equipment, travelling around and recommendations.

今年酒店跟雪场谈崩了。还是有影响，要去到太子酒店的雪具大厅买雪票。退雪卡又要去一次，实在不方便。此外，房间设施还有待改进，这次电子马桶是坏的。送了一次免费雪板打蜡，但确实打的一般。

因为三点到酒店告诉我们要等房间，带着两个小朋友很不方便。所以给升了个家庭套房。套房正对着初级雪道，风景不错。房间晚上温度太高，太乾，床垫偏硬。孩子们看见上下床倒是很兴奋。酒店隔音不太好，经常可以听见其他房间説话的声音。酒店服务响应速度比较慢，比如要点什么东西需要等很久才能送到房间来。滑雪倒是方便，上个楼就是麦当劳雪场这边。
