We have been staying at BENLIA hotel for 5 nights. All the staffs were friendly and polite. A spacial thanks goes to李云昊. He helped us to get a deliveries which was super helpful and the front desk staff were always polite and effecient.
I also want to thanks 宋佳乐 and 刘莎 for being so nice and helpful at breakfast.
I highly recommend BINLIA hotel if you intend to ski at Taiwoo. The hotel is at a premium location. You can almost ski in and out of the hotel.

It’s a newly set up resort, with all you would want for a ski weekend getaway. Breakfast is delicious! The cleaniness was spot on. It features a beautiful restaurant, hot spring, spa, etc.

前台赵亚超小姐姐特别热情，房间衞生乾净，服务贴心，知道我们的南方人，特别为我们房间加了加湿气，每天问询我们的需要，就连保洁阿姨看到我们拿雪具都会主动帮忙，餐厅东西也好吃，餐厅的小姐姐陈丹妮也特别贴心，淳朴憨厚，让人感觉特别温暖，雪场 滑雪道也特别棒，推荐指数 10 颗星，滑雪度假的首选??????

环境：很不错，出大堂就是雪道。
服务：很热情，前台的经理刘双和早餐主管大厨非常热情的解答我们的问题，并主动的帮我们解决问题。

五星好评必须给[玫瑰]酒店环境雅致静谧，大堂香氛很舒服，房间设施齐全又乾净，洗漱用品品质在线。服务人员全程贴心周到，有求必应，王丽欣Daisy提前告知酒店接驳车，不管是商务出差还是休闲旅游都超合适，强烈推荐！??这次入住体验堪称完美！房间采光好、视野棒，衞生做得特别细致，乾乾净净。酒店整体装修很有格调，房间空间大，床睡起来巨舒服的，衞生间乾湿分离很方便。服务人员态度亲和，退房后遗留了衣服，王丽欣及时联系帮我快递。早餐种类多还新鲜，地理位置优越，简直不要太满意了！
