投诉酒店前台，因为一个小滑雪板，明明已经将情况告知前台，结果前台不理会，对客人的事情置若罔闻，生出大误会，令两房客人非常不满意，就在激烈争执时，前台明明完全清楚此事，依然自顾自说自己很忙，还说你们找我撒什么气，还问我你是住店客人吗！！！不知道说什么好，这家酒店，完全没有服务业人员该有的素质！作为龙翠会员，定了这么多次酒店，唯有这家让人带着气回到北京！并且有点黑店的感觉，猫腻超多，请旅行者慎入，也请E龙负责任推荐，不要辜负了对你们的信任！

房间不错，就是洗手间在一楼，卧室在二楼不大方便。而且酒店隔音不好，隔壁和走廊的声音听的很清楚。酒店的SPA会所如果人少的话还很不错，自备泳衣48元一位是不错缓解疲劳的方法

酒店是木制结构很有滑雪度假的感觉，房间主要是以复式结构为主。酒店服务人员很友好，服务意识与菜品需要提高。

非旺季去的，虽然周围的环境还不健全，但是客房体验真的很完美，loft的房型，酒店的木质构造，服务人员的亲和非常让我觉得舒适，下次还会再去。

酒店用百度导航能找到。从崇礼县城开过来半小时，还比较好找，路上都有指示牌。秋天人不多。房间是loft结构。酒店有跑步机，还有自助洗衣机干衣机。周围风景不错。冬季滑雪来的不错选择。
