因新酒店，经常入住，然而此次7月31日，两位老人（投诉人父母）带一名儿童前往下花园旅游，入住酒店，8月1日，退房时，酒店方发现房间内电视面板左侧有一条规则黑线，要求老人照价赔偿电视5000元，发生争执，不交纳赔偿金酒店不让老人离开。为了避免孩子受到影响，也担心老人冠心病因激动发病，无奈支付酒店500元方才离店。投诉如下：
1、电视机为液晶屏边界规则性黑影，其他功能一切正常，入店时客房服务员未带领客人检查功能是否正常，酒店方就认为客户使用外力摔坏。2、 酒店方限制客户自由，不赔偿电视不让客户离店，与客户纠缠近3个小时。3、酒店方要求客户赔偿后，不做任何记录，不给客户收据或凭证。4、要求联系酒店高层管理被告知领导忙，至今未接到酒店方任何形式主动沟通。
同时也提醒后面入住的房客，这个酒店入住得认真检查每一样设施，有问题通知服务员并留好证据。
