订的这个酒店纯属偶然，没想到，前台的服务这么好，在路上时突然堵车，给前台打电话，说一定给我们留房间，非常感谢，(因为带的有老人，孩子)，8.45分到酒店后，很顺利的就办理了入住，(因为一个房间只送两张餐卡，前台的陈秀芳主管，又特意给我们送了一张儿童早餐券，虽然一张儿童早餐券没有多少钱，但是为客户服务的理念，非常感谢)房间很大，卫生间也很干净，水非常的大，好用，餐厅的港式茶餐厅也很好吃，价位也不高。下次有机会再来张家口还会选择这家酒店的！

酒店环境不错，新装修的，但是周边都是土菜馆，大排档，再往前面走还有个超市，小城镇这样算是不错了。服务有待加强
