宾馆真的很差!特别是服务！在一楼西餐厅吃晚饭，算我总共只有2桌吃饭的，点了个包菜，点了个炒饭，包菜都吃完了，炒饭还没上来！哎！怪不得人家张家口东升天天客房满，吃饭去晚了没地儿！不知道金凤的老板咋想的！雇了这么一批要本领没本领，要素质没素质的员工！！！

之所以推荐这家酒店，是因为张家口根本就没有好的酒店可以入住，选了好几家，只有这个勉强可以住

这个酒店在张家口市区比较靠北，也就是宾馆的水平，临街，早上六点来钟就被汽车声和公交车报站的声音给吵醒了，早餐也非常的简单。也许目前张家口的酒店也就这样了。需要表扬的是酒店客房服务员的态度很好。前台就是另外一回事儿了。
