完全和其价位和星级不符。服务人员态度冷淡，房间几个灯都是坏的，还要叫人来换灯泡。

酒店内部装修比较新，卫生间是透明玻璃，房间内设施环境比较舒适。早餐在咖啡厅，沙发座，没有专门的餐厅。大门口没有方便搬运行李的坡道，门口也没有门童协助。

酒店硬件设备陈旧，价格偏高。另外承诺的浴券根本没有兑现。近400元的价格。我在北京都可以找到不错的酒店。招待朋友确实这家酒店显得档次不够。
