刚进房间，发现厕所顶上漏水，卫生间地面滴的全是水。服务人员态度很好，帮忙换房间。然后又发现床单很脏，再打电话让换床单。本来已经很晚到店，很累了，这样换来换去又弄了半小时。还好服务人员态度很好。但是这个房价在张掖地区淡季来说，算是贵的了。这样的卫生状况，实在不太理想。
