说实话硬件和早餐没的说！管理也还好吧……夜里四点火灾警报响了一个小时，酒店丝毫没有动静！直到我打客房部电话才得以处理（关上红包）早上解释说又外宾在楼道抽烟。不得不说的是前台拉双眼皮的美女那服务态度，跟我欠她钱似的。我们退房时候那个美女还行吧！还有就是它家水免费的都是那种大桶装的。一下都要钱…

酒店很新，干净整洁，房间还有些装修的味道，有同行的人说是没有睡好。我是冲着服务好去的，可能我到的太晚了，没有感受到有高标准的服务。停车方便，早餐不错。

酒店位置有点偏，不过也很好找。房间干净整洁，就是装修气味还是有点大啊！服务态度很好，有什么事情需要解决或提供服务的，很快就能得到回应和解决。

西北自驾的第三站来到丹霞地质公园，入住张掖钻石大酒店绝对是明智之选，酒店离景区十几分钟的车程，很方便，酒店的设施条件很好，性价比高，办理入住时还给免费升了房，前台的主管姓单吧，服务非常热情周到，第二天退房后有东西忘在房间，和她联系后很快就取到了，感谢！

酒店位于张掖新区，因为离湿地近，选了这里，最大的感受就是性价比高。第一晚到的太晚，碰巧住进了有人评价的卫生间漏水房，因为并不厉害加之太晚，就先睡了，第二天要求换房，得到了很好的响应。第一晚起的太晚，感觉早餐很一般，第二晚起得早还可以。
