Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading
The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

第一次住湛江的桔子酒店，整体的居住环境非常的好，这个价位能够看到这么好的海景，实属是难得。特别在这里要表扬前台的小诗和小何服务很到位。！

桔子是比较有保证的连锁酒店，湛江这一所是近期最优秀的一间，所有设施都非常新，前台服务员十分亲切有礼，令客户感受非常亲切，房间整洁卫生冷气充足，绝对是可以推荐给朋友。

酒店很不错，在万达广场，前台小平、小刘服务很热情。房间干净，设施齐全，早餐很丰富，味道也很好，可以边吃边看海。地下停车场有酒店内部的停车位，可以免费停车。

这次入住的酒店从环境到设施都让人眼前一亮！步入大堂，典雅大气的装修风格尽显格调，房间布置温馨舒适，床品柔软亲肤，各类智能设备一应俱全，让人倍感便捷。无论是酒店的视野，还是品类丰富的自助早餐，都能看出酒店对品质的严格把控。而真正让这次入住体验“封神”的，是前台的小诗和小欣。小诗专业又耐心，办理入住时主动询问需求，还细致讲解周边游玩攻略；小欣则有着超强的应变能力，当我临时需要延迟退房时，她迅速协调安排，全程笑容满面。她们用热情与专业，让酒店的优质服务真正落到实处，这份用心值得五星好评！

在湛江第二次住，这次很不好的体验就是，11:50打电话过来让12点退房，我说需要延时1个小时吃完快餐就退房，对方说1个小时要收30元。现在都2025年了，看看亚朵，希尔顿欢朋……这10年来，我住的酒店没有一家告知延时1个小时还要收钱的。下次可能不会住了

地理位置优越，旁边就是万达广场，走路可到中澳友谊花园，打车去金沙湾、霞光区观海长廊和渔港码头都很近，楼下夜市一条街，应有尽有
房间很大，干净整洁，窗口有一点遮挡，可以看海，还能看到军舰，小朋友很开心
