连锁酒店，放心入住，干净整洁，前台小诗、秀儿接待热情耐心。房间比较大，窗外能看到海湾大桥。干湿分离还有冷藏柜，早餐比较丰富，地下停车位充裕。楼下有个美食街，走路几分钟就能到涂鸦屋、海湾大桥桥下等打卡点。
高楼区，希望进停车场标识再完善一下，方便自驾入住。

桔子酒店湛江万达广场店，地点十分方便，海景观景双床房和海景观景大床房都十分宽敞，房间整洁，酒店员工态度友善，工作态度佳，尤其是小欣，小何，小诗，小妹，秀儿们都很亲切接待，提供帮助。令我们都有宾至如归的感觉，如有机会再去湛江，一定会再选择桔子湛江万达广场店。

提前订了两间房，到店时间是下午六点半。一开始说只有一间因为有客人延迟退房没收拾出来，我没同意，然后前台有个小妹妹不错，小梦还是小平给协调升了一个房间。
卫生：卫生还不错，挺干净的，没什么死角。
设施：马桶不错暖的，但是冲水声音巨大老是吓一跳。洗手台的水龙头声音也是非常大。
环境：位置好，周边环境不错，但是房间隔音不行，半夜被其他房间的水龙头声音和大声聊天声吵的睡不着。
服务：不错，有问题可以及时解决。

前半夜房间很安静，后半夜到了二点左右楼上不知道什么交流声很大声??有点影响睡觉了，退房时已经和前台反应了，到早晨都有声音。

冲着湛江首家的桔子酒店来的，真不赖，楼下就是夜市街，很热闹，停车场正对着电梯口，很方便，早餐也很丰富，有八十多个品种，湛江特色的海鲜捞粉真棒，前台服务也很不错，我半夜来的，都很热情的接待，特别是前台小催，小陈、热情的帮忙按了电梯，下次出门认准桔子了
