差评，从来没想过给差评的，退房的时候说了我们是在哪里哪里订的房，有返现的20几块的，前台说我们退房之后就会接到电话，然后确定在他们家入住，就会返现了??但是，我已经退房快一个星期了，怎么还没接到电话呢，这样的服务，这样忽悠客户，真的好吗？！麻烦相关人员处理一下，麻烦了，谢谢！
