酒店服务好，可惜配套跟不上，吃饭不方便，活动设施少，或者过两年是不错的选择，最赞就是服务好，贴心周到。希望景区继续改造完善点。

环境优美就是周边配套餐饮有点不足，还有停车出口很多容易造成拥堵，因为当地居民好像不会使用线上支付停车费。

有地下和地上停车场，地下车位不算多。前台服务很好，定的是豪华大床房，给免费升级成了海景大床房，阳台景观一流，无遮挡，但房间里的设备和五星级感觉还是有点差距，至少牙刷和牙膏就是普通宾馆那种。但被子和枕头有股浓浓的霉味，搞的一晚都睡不好。自助早餐和自助晚餐估计就普通三星或者四星酒店水平，但考虑到这个景区的周边配套，也过得去了。酒店离沙滩很近，也有泳池，配套还是很不错的。如果不是因为枕头和被子有股霉味，我还是可以给它打80分的。

订了三个价格一样的海景房，有一个房看到全海景，其余两个房一进门好大一股尿骚味，然后阳台只有2~3十度是看到海的，其余角度只看到酒店机房顶部和轰鸣声(看图)，后来投诉了，才给我们换了其他房。其他还行。

第一次来鼎龙湾，没有想到吴川还有这么一个特别的地方，选了一个高楼层的海景房，房间设计有点小清新，闹钟是JBL，带无线充电很方便。整个景区有点小三亚的感觉，因为有朋友邀约，没有体验到自助晚餐，酒店前台的小姐姐特别推荐了，下次再来。
