晚上12点到酒店，带有小孩，前台接待时间太久！不满意！都已经提前预定，到酒店等了很久才给房卡，我怀疑是不是太晚了，以为我们不住了，所以跟本没有预留！我们晚上12点到了，说在搞卫生，让我们等了很久，以后不会在入住这个酒店！
