设备老旧，老酒店据介绍一些领导人住过，酒店有温泉还不错的，另外提个建议，能否装纱窗，这个季节空气温度还不热，空调的气味很难闻，

没有去之前在网上看到各种各样的不好评价，说真的挺犹豫的，不知道要不要入住，然后到了办理入住后，反现还是挺划算的，我周六从广西出发，当时广西回南天很严重，到处潮湿，然而到湛江时，阳光明媚，房间也不潮湿，虽然房间设施比较旧，但干净没什么异味，服务员的态度也好，最值得去的是温泉，一个房间两张温泉票，我觉得值回房价了，当然可能我的要求不高吧😀。早上在观海楼喝早茶，树菠萝包与牛角包都不错，收费也实恵，下次带老人去试试。对了，有点不足就是如果卫生间加个淋浴喷头可能更好，水压好象也略低了点，除此之处，如果价格还可以那么优惠，应该还会再去光临，谢谢了！

位置好，出行方便，出门就有好多小吃店，离商场也很近，离海滩也不远，早上饭店吃早茶人很多，味正样多，送了温泉票，温泉舒服，好评
