出酒店大门左后方一直走，可以到海边沙滩。去海边的路上会经过不少餐厅。另，酒店“底商”某餐厅的牛角包不错，据说湛江很多人吃着牛角包长大的。

地理位置很好，在市中心，温泉非常好，听说是天然的，宾馆够大，设备有点旧了，但安排的宾馆是10栋，离温泉不远。最最最遗憾的是，搞卫生的阿姨早上8点就来敲门了，没有睡到自然醒，还非常积极地10点又来敲门……连住两晚，两天都没有睡到自然醒，太遗憾了，因为即便把“请勿打扰”挂门上了，隔音太差，还是8点就醒了，好难过……
总体不错，就是有点遗憾，没有彻底放松……

交通很方便，地处海边，可以到海滨公园走走。入住就送温泉票，一人一次，不过下午才开。没进去过温泉，不评论。
