作为湛江地标性酒店，本以为大堂豪华辉煌，结果是小小的还不如一般酒店奢华。不过胜在地理位置好，海景房能看到大海，沙滩，很舒服。房间设施齐全，有小朋友喜欢的浴缸，电动式的窗帘，不过马桶居然不是什么大品牌，洗涤用品看不出是什么来头，相比希尔顿略差。没有要求态度服务，所以暂时对服务没太多感触。

提前要求无烟房结果还是被安排了一间烟味大的吸烟楼层的房……checkin超级慢，checkout超快…那几天每天都有客人抱怨发火就是这个服务效率，人少程序慢，游客一多就不行。
位置很好酒店设施也不错，三楼早茶水平中上，出去外面算很方便的了，楼下附近有连锁咖啡店营业到23点
