空调慢热，噪音大。晚上外面的射灯，拉上窗帘也遮不住。一去到随手关厕所门呢，因为他们原来关了锁，厕所就反锁了。非常不人性化，558元一晚上，只睡了3小时，其他时间都是被吵了，最后灯到了午夜关了才能睡着

总的体验很好，主要有以下几点：1、入住的房间（经双）很大，毫无拥挤压迫之感；2、屋内装修用材不错，未见节省减料；3、中央空调很给劲；4、附近餐饮选项多，从麦、肯到黄焖鸡、真功夫，再到螺蛳粉、广宁云吞、裹蒸粽，应有尽有；5、酒店虽然不在景区边，但也算邻近（离七星岩景区牌坊广场，即音乐喷泉处）约1.2km，步行道路笔直，10分钟步程；6、负一层即为停车位，数量足够。

以前感觉这酒店应该很不错，这次入住很失望，设施已经老化，房间地毯看上去已经很脏。更失望的是服务态度一般，特别是入住时前台接待的很不耐烦似得，房间的吹风筒居然是坏的，感觉这服务对不起近400的价格
