订了两间大床房，因为只剩下一间房了，下午那个前台帅哥帮我换了一间子母床，下午那两位前台人员服务态度很好，八点出去的时候忘了带房卡出来，跟前台那位帅哥说，他说回来的时候报房号拿多一张房卡就好了，谁知道晚上十一点多回来的时候跟前台说，住宿信息她也核对了，态度很不好的说没有多一张房卡的，这边叫客房帮忙开门，明明就有的，不是没住过酒店的这些我都知道，大家都是做服务行业，不是客人有需要都尽量解决吗？更何况这么小的一件事。
