优点：位置佳，离牌坊广场近，周边购物吃饭非常方便，交通可达市内各处。七星岩景区南门步行可达，西门一辆车即到，晚上牌坊广场有音乐喷泉很赞。客房服务员比较热心。
缺点：1.设施部分老旧，需更新，电源插座少，电视频道少，还有将近一半不清不楚，2.楼下KTV，晚上不消停，有点吵，3.退房比较慢，查房效率低。
