服务很差，待答不理的，怎么也不像星际酒店，住宿登记了车牌，每次出车库还要再去前台刷一次，问为什么，说事忘了，一句对不起都不说，很冷漠，没有下次了

停車停了兩小時，沒車位，沒專設停車場，保安一直不給停，找了兩小時，還沒找到車位，建議自駕的不要入住，服務員沒解決到問題。
