环境卫生和服务都好，就是前台感觉不好。登记时买了两间双人房，都含双早，但因带的孩子没有证件，被告告知只能凭证件提供三份早餐！开玩笑，钱是付了，凭什么因为孩子没证件就不提供早餐，后来请示后又说没问题了。感觉大大打折扣

差评！差评！绝对的差评，我晚上十二点多在微信上面预定了一间房结果上面时间出现了错误订到了第二天入住的，然后我从新定了一间房当时入住的，结果跟网站和酒店沟通，双方都互相推脱说不能取消，我不是说没住进来，当时也是前台说可以取消，我也住在这家酒店里面，居然一点都不人性化，不给取消！
