早餐管饱，汤面可以推荐去吃。房间比较小，没想到在肇庆房间比中山的维纳斯小。浴帘发霉，厕所浴室较小。房间床被干净，总体对维纳斯还是放心的。

中间有订单入住的疑问，离店后联系酒店前台服务员沟通疑问，其中一位前台女生在沟通过程中态度越来越差，完全不让人插入对话，我说能不能不要说话这么硬，还反问我你到底有没有住过酒店！我心里一万个what？？？我说让我讲完先，她却没有停过，一直很硬的blabla一堆（我们归们归定什么的，我们是这样的子什么的，一堆我们就是这样子的什么什么的）我再说，能不能好好说话，她直接挂我电话，天吖。到时候是我是客人还是服务人员？？？我再次拨打想去解决问题，又是那人接，接后就冲我喊，你这事打去平台客服说！不关我的事！啪一声，挂了。现在住个酒店都成孙子，前台是大爷。如果大家想吵架和体验不愉快的入住体验和离店后的更糟的感觉，推荐这家维纳斯9星酒店！
