出了火车站，大概步行10分钟可以到酒店，地理位置还可以，就在万达广场后面，但是酒店房间设施和五星级有些出入，浴室地面很脏，房间家具和墙面多处破损，到了酒店问楼层服务员可有小朋友拖鞋，8楼服务员说有的，但是要问客房服务中心索取，可是当致电客房服务中心回答没有小朋友拖鞋可以提供，不知为什么和客房服务员说的不一致，也是第一次遇到没有小朋友拖鞋的这类五星豪华酒店，自助餐早餐在大堂一楼，但真的没有什么东西吃，东西少的可怜，都不及某些4星级酒店的丰富。

首先价格略高697，其次装修的刺鼻味道浓，并且没有换气扇，电动浴帘是坏的，排水系统也较差。窗帘是破的。地毯很脏。桌子里居然有用过的卫生纸和半包瓜子（不知道会不会招老鼠）。

卫生也太差了，被套随机打开，居然发现被子里面有好多血迹和污点，这对得起5?酒店吗？

前台还可以，态度也和善，位置很好，交通，吃购都很方便。酒店硬件高端大气，但房间不大，也没有景观，这都没关系，问题是房间内污迹不止一处，好几个灯不亮，音箱也不能用。最可怕的是茶杯底部有严重的黑色黏物，我实在害怕，放回原处，不知道下一位入住是否还在？淋浴水漏不下去，这实在不像五星的标准啊。早餐过得去。
