入住时候因身上没有现金付押金，跟前台说把东西先放到房间，然后出去吃个饭取了钱再来付押金。虽然房费已经在app上支付了，但是前台仍不给房卡，还要留我的手机和姓名，是生怕我就此不给押金了吧。喜来登，需要这么小家子气？ 次早去吃早饭，大片的空座位，服务员竟然指着一个满是残羹剩菜的桌子说：站着等一会 马上就来收拾。uh，大片的空座位。。。 这个评价酒店方面能看到吗？ 能看到的话 能否给个解释呢？？ 服务和性价比我想给零分，可惜最低也是一分！

非常非常的差，完全达不到五星酒店的水准！管理混乱，没有门童，停车场里也没有管理人员引导，和万达广场共用的停车场没有酒店专用的车位，到处污水横流。最过分的是入住第二天清扫人员竟然擅自把床单给撤了，打电话过去问答复也毫无歉意，说可以给你去铺上，至于为什么会发生这种事情无法回答。过来的阿姨说有的客人不需要，对客人的投诉完全无所谓，这样的服务还不如个小旅店，喜来登现在怎么会如此不注重员工培训？喜来登以后绝对不会再住了！完全不值得推荐！
