体验感觉很差，离五星级酒店的水平差距太大，先说几点不满意br1、入住后上电梯，五个人，按了楼层号，等待，电梯一动不动，开关门再试还是不行，下来后电梯自己空着上去了br2、进房间取电，插入电卡后没有任何灯光，按取电卡边上的开关，也都没反应，找来服务员，解释说属正常，需要自己去床头打开开关，对此解释不能认可，大堂副理处理的也不甚妥br3、房间装修粗糙，没有行李架和像样的吧台，写字台没有任何办公用品，能放东西的地方也仅有这么个桌子，所有的设施如照片所示br4、网上订的国庆特惠房，订房的时候要求了安排尽量高的楼层，结果到了房间发现承诺的30～35平的面积远不能达到，所谓的城景房两扇窗户居然全部都是遮挡和民居景，建议酒店以后这样的房间就留给员工当宿舍吧brbr满意的是第二天离店跟前台反应不满，当班大堂副理主动出来询问情况，解释态度和处理方式还是很不错，网销经理也马上打来电话致歉，只是这么大的酒店仅靠一两个人的服务态度是很难改观的，软件硬件都有待提高，选择维景是奔着服务和品质过来的，很失望……
