这次住宿出了好几个问题——从开房到餐厅，不过服务还行，最后花了点时间都解决了，否则这次会狠狠投诉的！另外，所谓的无烟房就是撤掉烟灰缸而已！

个人比较喜欢这个品牌的酒店。但是这个酒店每个地区的前台都是有问题的！济南那次没经过我同意直接打开我的房间门，还让陌生人进来，就因为人家说认识我。这次没经过我同意直接取消我的订单，说是打不通我手机，可是所有人都打通了，唯独她打不通…莫名其妙！

比较新的酒店，设施较好，但卫生间和浴室相连且没有任何防溅水设计这点很不好。房间面积较为宽敞。郑东新区周边不太方便。其他中规中矩。
