国庆家庭亲子游 4到5号入驻 ，因为订房晚了 只订到了房型比较小的普通湖景房。前台负责人主动来到客房帮忙协调解决增加床位等问题，而客房服务员服务态度也非常好👍温泉和餐厅服务也都很热情周到。不错的周末家庭亲子游好去处。

临时决定来归酒店，前台工作人员，还有客服人员，都非常的热情，服务很是周到的，考虑也很周全，还送了温泉票和早餐券，晚上去泡了温泉，整个人放松了很多，旅途的疲惫一扫而光，晚饭后沿湖散步，也是很惬意呢，就是有点小凉哈，早餐也是很丰盛的，总体来说是一次很不错的体验，是一个休闲度假的好去处，听说还有高尔夫，下次再来体验吧。

酒店环境很好，我是晚上去的，第一次去，不熟悉酒店环境，刚进大堂，一个面带微笑的姑娘很热情的向我们问好，还带我看了酒店的很多房间，看房间的路上给我们介绍了酒店的各种房型，让我很快就知道酒店的房型，交谈后知道她是大堂副理，加了微信，以后有需要就方便了，非常感谢她细心为我们介绍。
