大堂经理很热情有余没有大床房帮我升级了房间但是酒店前台服务人员服务比较苛刻，退房时我说需要一双一次性拖鞋带走前台服务员说他们的拖鞋不是一次性的，都是需要回收洗洗再用的，如果是出于节约不希望客人带走，那这样的借口让客人的体验感很差会误认为卫生有问题

参加会议，离市区太远了，打车不方便，所以住在那里了。环境和设施是还不错的，但是前台居然不可以开增值税专用发票，说要给财务审核，隔天开出并快递，现在已经过去2周了，根本没寄，电话问前台前台也说不知道，要问财务再给我回电话，然后也没有回电话给我。别的酒店都能开，为什么你们不能开，就算要财务审核再开，来了没？是隔天的日期吗？开了为什么不寄？没开？为什么不开？不开不知道电话客户说一声吗？我怎么跟我们公司财务解释？真是闹心打电话给前台后来也一直不接
