因抵达郑州已是晚上9点半所以才预先订下此家似乎离郑州站最近的，订5间88元的双标房，那天下午在火车上还与该旅店去过电话确定，可岂料我们10人拖着行李来到此旅店时却被前台的2个中年女子给唬弄得真是尴尬说什么只有2楼的2间房和6楼的3间房，6楼，天纳！没电梯，我们不是身强力壮的小伙子啦也都6旬以上了，她们说那好给你们2楼3楼的，可是得加12元，结果就被她们擅自提价而入住，而且把开好的收据又要了回去（500房费250押金）我们提出异议被反驳，就凭房卡退押金吧。。。。在艺龙网订的信息单到旅店时出示了但还是被擅自加价，没有收据发票简直是黑店。

电脑房没有独立卫生间，卫生间公用，宾馆属于铁路局的招待所改建的那种，安全很好，可是还在装修，很吵闹
