从上海回去，提前就预定了这家酒店，入住后，服务人员很贴心。离郑州火车站两分钟可以走到，坐车很方便，楼层服务人员很是负责，叫早服务准时。让我对这家酒店记忆深刻的是，当我离店后发现自己一步苹果手机遗留房间时，其客房服务员拾到后交到了前台，打电话询问时，酒店做的很好，主动提供用快递形式发给我，留了他们的手机号给我，让我发地址，及时把快递发出，特别感谢啊，铁路昌盛真的和郑州其它酒店不一样，价格实惠，服务贴切，真心感谢向大家推荐。
