我在十一前一周定了68平米游戏联盟的房间，但十一到店后，店家没问我任何意见就给我换了48平米的炫舞主题房，我说房间错了，他们开始说没错，说该房型就是48平米，是网上标错了，说我如果不同意可以自己联系客服森请退款，十一房间那么紧张外面还下雨我**去哪里找住的地方。后来又说我订的房间漏水，后来又说是我订的房间往楼下漏水而不是该房间漏水。对了在我办理房卡期间又来两位，订的房间竟然和我是同一间 ，我问他们怎么回事，他们说来了后再调节，真他坑人。反正是各种谎言与搪塞，房间发霉味道太重，浴缸往出喷毛，服务太差，我一定要去315投诉你们
