第二次来了demo ,前台员工有点不负责任，而且交接工作做的不好，什么事都没弄明白就换人了。先是我预定好了告诉我没信息，直到我把确认的时间念出来，才发现原来是自己看漏了，并且上一个前台没有记录。早上退房，又是因为交接不善，根本不知道当时我是怎么付费的，又退押金退错。
