服务真心不错，从酒店大门开始就开始收到服务，一直送到入住的房间，每晚赠送的水果也很给力，早餐也算是我多次出差郑州不同酒店里面最好的啦！种类和味道都非常不错，不过西式的种类可以再多点，总有客人需要的。说说差距吧！设施什么都确实有点老旧，中央空调升温慢，电视不高清而且不是智能网络，洗澡水量没有我需要的那么大

环境不错，前台宋经理赠送了早餐，礼宾带着帮开证明，真的很感谢，接待经理小杨服务也很好，总台结帐也很快，小崔，小韦都很好。
