因网上预定的一家酒店在到店后被告知不符合住店要求，只得临时更换酒店，这样才偶然来到了这里。一天的旅行本已累的气喘吁吁，加上又必须要临时换店，当时内心的郁闷和烦躁可想而知。但当我进入中都之后，前台的温言细语热情服务让我倍感温暖，尤其是大堂副理Candy亲自带我去客房，而且送来了新鲜的果盘，这让我心中的雾霾一扫而空。最让我感到温馨的是当Candy了解到我打算去外面逛逛的时候，还把自己注册的共享单车交我使用。这些热情的服务，让我确实有一种宾至如归的感觉～

进门很凉爽。看到大厅“来到中都，就到了家”，非常感动，果断拍照。大堂办理超快，帮开门并带行李到房间，房间有果盘耶，帮烧开水。
离开匆忙，一周后联系，即帮开发票即寄来单位。 狂赞👍 以后到郑州就住这了

杨晓锋经理服务热情周到，帮忙提行李送到房间，还帮忙问了第二天车站发登封班车情况，赞一个。br房间设施有些陈旧，但干净，还有水果送，推荐。

我还是比较公正的评论，我也是在网上看完评论才决定去住的。设施呢的确是老了点，但服务5星的酒店也很少有这么好的，赶火车，酒店一早就给打包好早餐，这是其他酒店从来没有的事吧！
