初到河南住进民航大酒店感觉地段太好了，大厅气派，设施很新。但最让人感觉舒服的还是服务员的笑脸。我买了第三天晚上7点30分的火车票回家，跟她们商量能否晚一点退房，我们老人也无处可去。经请示后，她们很客气的告诉我同意到4点退房，这样人性化的服务令人感动。酒店3楼的中餐厅质量很好，价格便宜。总之这是一家值得推荐入住的酒店。

因为要赶早班飞机，住这比较方便，酒店都已经很旧了，需要重新装潢了。前台的服务态度有待加强！

总的来讲，同价位没住过这么差的*本来是觉得乘车方便，可里面的环境也太痛苦了，下午入住，感觉房间阴冷，谁知中央空调不供暖，问前台
