经常帮朋友预定这个酒店，感觉可以，就是冬天晚上空调不太制热，有点冷，其他还好，前台服务还行，楼层有人半夜说话

民航大酒店是星级酒店，客房条件较好，自助早餐不错，关键是酒店周边交通比较方便，尤其是前往郑州机场很方便，也很快捷。

前台很傲慢 ，因为是在网上订的，给的房间在电梯旁边，很吵，房间又小，朝向也不好。我让早上叫醒竟然没有叫我！！导致早上的CZ3115航班不能及时赶到，损失谁负责？？！！
太让人失望的酒店！！！！！！

酒店位置极佳, 机场大巴直接就在楼下可以坐, 时间方面都很好控制。内饰稍微有些陈旧,酒店性价比很好, 适合商务人士的口味。
