地理位置就在二七广场，很优越，酒店也是老牌星级酒店，前台服务态度很好，房间面积很大，整体干净明亮，床是偏硬的那种，卫生间等比较暗，另外就是由于酒店比较有点年代的，插座比较少，床头甚至不配插座，这个需要依据时代改善一下，但是这样的星级酒店一晚才300多元，性价比还是很高

酒店首先大堂很漂亮 大气 办理入住时前台都很友好态度亲切周到 安排的酒店房间也很不错 住的比较舒服 服务人员都很热情亲切 酒店位置便利 周边很繁华 停车也免费 前台接待的小姐姐们都很热情 专业 粤海还是很值得信赖和选择的 下次还会来入住 希望酒店越来越好

刚开始办理入住时，前台好像要给我们换房型，我说我们订的是家庭房，前台说，你们不就两个人么，我说我们3个人，总之，不太明白为什么要问我多少个人，我们定的是什么房间就给什么房间多好，不要别的理由换房型，明升暗降。所以服务上打了4分，旅游团入住的比较多，所以早餐48元基本上没有什么，不值得加早，地理位置很好，楼下就是步行街。总体情况比较好。

早餐不错，还是28楼旋转餐厅进餐，很有档次，太好了。房间宽敞，明亮，酒店在市中心，什么都方便，离郑州火车站，汽车中心站很近，地铁也近，到哪里都方便，下次还住这家酒店。强烈推推荐住这家酒店，价格也不贵。

第一次到郑州，庆幸在众多的酒店中找到合适我们，性价比超高的粤海酒店。非常高兴前台小妹小康为我们升级了房间，莎莎和晶晶服务意识强，业务水平高！房间卫生很好👍卧具干净舒适。早餐品种丰富，还是旋转餐厅。位置在市中心二七广场，临百年德化步行街。酒店有停车场是住酒店免费的，总之选择这个酒店性价比超高，推荐！
