酒店地处二七广场商圈，交通便利，靠近地铁一号线、三号线，比较热闹。酒店有名气有点历史，房间特别宽敞，有冰箱、五斗橱、玻璃茶几等，卫生间很大，光线充足。前台服务热情周到。房间打扫得很干净，尤其每天送来两盒酸奶。特别是19楼服务员项小丽待人有礼貌，工作主动负责，获得好评。用餐设在28楼旋转餐厅，品种较多，还有现煮面条、饺子、馄饨等，有充裕时间吃好吃饱。

酒店房间设施配备齐全，卫生干净。大堂公区不错，朋友过来谈点事情环境可以，7F健身房不错，很安静我很喜欢，前台服务态度很好，很nice，非常温柔，房间内无限网速超快，交通的话，离二七广场地铁站很近的，酒店门口也有公交车站出行，旁边吃饭的地方逛街的地方很多，真的很方便，从酒店出发很便捷，还有免费地面停车场，总体结合房价来说，性价比高，值得~

第二次住粤海，我钟爱这家酒店，有大型室内停车车免费停车，电梯需要刷卡进入看起来安全性不错，工作人员都很热情，让你感觉宾至如归，设施设备中规中距，枕头高低两个，舒适度很高，每天送牛奶，这次订了早餐在28楼旋转餐厅，环境非常高大上，用餐过程中慢慢转动，体验非常好，特别表扬商务中心小马很有耐心，服务态度也好，有地铁1、3号线出行也方便。

酒店位于二七广场附近，算是郑州比较繁华、中心的地方，到火车站步行十分钟吧，挨着地铁站，去哪都比较方便。酒店最令人难忘的是服务，从办理入住到退房寄存行李，服务周到，见面主动问好。房间的面积中等，干净卫生，入住后会送酸奶和问候手写卡片到房间，体贴周到。酒店早餐较为丰盛，环境优雅，总体是非常满意的，下次还会选择该酒店。
