首先周边环境真的糟糕透了！服务态度真的不敢恭维！进入房间浴缸有头发和残留物！到店已经10点多很累想泡个热水澡缓解一下让换一间不行！非要坚持让工作人员重新打扫！等了半个多小时！请问房间都没打扫干净就交给住客还理直气壮说已经帮你打扫了就好了！感觉我理亏了：投诉电话号一直挂空根本不通！可能投诉的太多了吧只能如此理解！很郁闷的一次住宿！
