很差的一次入住体验，我们晚上十一点半的高铁到郑州东站，看酒店信息说可以高铁站接送，下午五点多打的酒店电话问能不能接站前台说可以，十一点半下高铁给酒店打电话问为什么没有司机打电话司机来了吗，结果前台根本没有通知司机来接，司机给我们打电话说让在高铁站停车场等 一等就等了半个小时，大夏天热的浑身是汗，如果说没法来接我们自己打车去酒店也行，这倒好提前打了电话问能不能接说好的来接结果没来问了司机前台根本没有通知接站，再说说卫生，说不上很脏，但感觉到处都是灰厕所淋浴间地很黄，房间异味很大，酒店说好的可以延时退房，结果到下午一点半打电话给前台前台说我们定的房间不能延时，必须下午两点退，多一分钟电脑计时加收299，四百多的房间这样的入住体验感觉太不值幸亏只定了一天果断换酒店，再也不会来第二次。

第三天继续入住这里，旅馆还有免费专车送站和送机，房间环境很好，设施配备齐全，比五星级酒店还豪华，服务也特别好，中餐厅有待提高业务技能水平，菜品价格高份量少。
