小玉米楼（大玉米应该是天津津塔），挂上绿地的牌子，常规就意味着在这个城市的黄金地段，不过也就意味着品质有待品鉴。作为最便宜的JW万豪来说，相比起这块标志所代表的奢华、超五星、舒适来说，郑州绿地JW只能说刚刚及格，但在5年后的合同到期时存在着降标的风险。
地段没有问题，作为在城市正中心的一块河水环绕的飞地，进出的流线均有些问题，不跟着导航，我估计一大半都进不来出不去。视野望出去，被幕墙至少遮挡了1/3的视野，比起金茂君悦的遮挡还厉害。问题是这种外立面形式，现在早已不流行，视野遮挡不说，对于外墙的清洗更是痛苦，而且夜晚的泛光照明反而对于入住的客人会产生光污染。
作为超高层酒店，窗户打不开是正常的，不过新风做的不好，就导致只有靠风盘的不断内循环，才能心理好过一点。
地下室的防潮做的不好，有部分渗水存在。边上的商业人气太差，而且标识标牌一塌糊涂。旁边的星巴克，在整体的–1层，要不是大众点评告诉我就在这里，我来回找了几圈愣是找不到。
综上所述，冲着价格原因，还是好评，但现在况且如此，毕竟不是长久之计，酒管要想想办法。
