在携程订的很早，酒店也确认预定成功，可办理入住时竟然告知没有房间，由于酒店有会议，所以全部客房都给了会务组，竟然没有提前给携程用户预留房间，经理服务语气很差，后来经过三小时维权才住了酒店，很生气！差评
