酒店设施很好，服务也不错，服务员很热情。就是离机场还有二三十分钟的路程，因酒店所在较偏僻，叫车有点不方便，而新郑市的出租车管理不规范，司机不打表。如果酒店能够提供收费的送机服务就好了。

四星的酒店一开门有股怪味，感觉好久都没人住过，客房会和麻将房开在一起，整晚听隔壁麻将机响，男女拖鞋交叉着包在一起，三星的酒店也不会出现这种问题，还有就是走的时候比较急，忘在客房里的日用品也没说，说检查好可以退房了，想问你们只顾自己酒店的东西，没顾及到客人忘的东西吗？这就是四星的酒店！

房间很大，周边施工很不给力，浴池很棒，但是里面头发没清理干净，淋雨不行，跟没水似得淋淋拉拉的，衣柜没我衣服挂钩，房间内没有喝的瓶装水水，房间客服随意就开门（没拿对讲机），朋友来访也是客服开的门！给人不安全感，衣帽间常亮关不了，房间中央空调噪音很大，晚上睡觉直接不敢开，灯开关设计也不合理！整体体验还好，除了外面施工，酒店内部细节还有很多需要酒店改善，
