此次出行，是经网上查询入住这家酒店，从入住到离店，无时无刻都在被酒店的服务所感动，从大堂的美女高副理详细周到的介绍，到房间服务的欢迎茶水，精美果盘，温馨小纸条，每个微笑，每个入微的观察，无不彰显酒店的温馨服务真谛，下大堂时礼宾小伙子把周边景点信息和酒店的特色面馆给介绍了一通，小面的味道却如宣传的那样很巴适，门口的礼宾还细心的将行李箱丢失的螺丝装好了，更让我意外的是车场的员工还把车给擦的干干净净···很周到，很细心，还有离店时的小礼物，交通路况等信息，我觉得所有这些的背后不单单是一句话那么简单，正如酒店的品牌“至亲至爱一家人”。

酒店的服务很好，从我进入大堂感受到的就是热情的接待，尤其是客户关系主任赵明辉服务主动热情，还专门带着进客房，主动帮我提东西，硬件设施很好，地理位置非常便利，郑州新密首选，如同回到家的感觉！非常满意，下次还会选择。
