服务真的非常好，承誉德是我们这里最好的酒店，这次招待朋友，和朋友凌晨一点时候到了承誉德大酒店，但是没想到的是即使这么晚了还是受到了热情的接待，大堂副理李帅热情的把我和朋友送回房间，朋友对我们这边的酒店服务也是赞赏有加

这是我们这次团队旅行中国几个城市中的一家最好的宾馆，以后每次到新密都要住在这里的！资格的五星级酒店...宾至如归的感受历历在目！带早餐的服务感到很好！房间舒适，大小合适，服务一流，态度非常好，入住北京上海的五星级宾馆的服务都赶不上承誉德！一句话:真棒👍！请继续保持！

服务真的是没的说，一开好房间就有专人服务送到房间，接待我的是赵明辉经理。一到房间就送来了欢迎水果，因为第二天是元宵节晚上还送来了汤圆，房间里还有其他一些小东西，要走的早上要赶很早的飞机早餐还没开始，还特地早早的准备好早餐，吃完就可以走了。机场大巴就停到酒店门口，很是方便，三个字：没话说

因为天气突然降温，晚上回宾馆工作人员送上一杯热姜茶，非常感动。每天有贴心小礼物送。宾馆房间干净，价格实惠！值得推荐！
