非常感恩每次到新密都入住承誉德大酒店！虽然这次刚入住时对酒店的硬件例如房间马桶不能用，空调不制冷，电梯等问题感到很不舒服，但是各个部门的人员都热心地给予帮助积极协调，最后使我们整个四天入住变得非常惬意!虽然硬件真的需要有些更新，但该宾馆服务员的热诚和替顾客着想的心态实在是首屈一指!特别提到贵员工陈志豪Derek热情地帮助我们送行李到房间，积极询问我们是否需要任何服务，为我们购买隐形眼镜护理液（要额外支付15元的购买费），联系出租车司机。还有客房部的姚海霞非常热情的送来洗衣的肥皂和洗衣粉小袋，特别喜欢承誉德的咖啡，他们总是热情地给我们准备更多的小包……在酒店的每一个走动都在得到服务员们的宾至如归的服务态度,我和老公都很感动！谢谢你们!

酒店软硬件都相当不错，特别是接待人员的服务质量可以与发达地区的五星级酒店相媲美，甚至还要好。接待我的是一位叫贾晓娜的，给她点个赞！！！
